The Green Mountain Table Tennis Club would like to thank all those who attended this event. In typical tournament fashion, events ran long, but as always there was a lot of great action. There was first time winners, first time players and a lot of SERIOUS “PONG”!!!
This event has been dedicated to the memory of a long playing competitor of Vermont table tennis, Chet Warman. It has been a while since he has been volleying with us, but to many of us he was never far from the sport. Many of us knew him for his intense competitive play, and his devotion to the game. His ties to the sport go back to the small club formed in Pittsfield many years ago. For more information about his unfortunate passing and the strong legacy he has left behind, please visit HERE
